The work is important and I felt needed. It was good to be able to make a difference.
What I wish was different
There were some communication problems when I first started, and although those have been solved there is still some confusion about my actual responsibilities.
Advice
No job is perfect and you won't enjoy every aspect of it. Just stick it out and focus on the positives.
