Building Supervisor

What I liked
The scheduling was very flexible and it is a really good job to have during college. There is a lot of options depending on when your classes are. It also gives you a lot of customer service experience and a chance to problem solve and think critically.
What I wish was different
Advice
If you are looking for experience in customer service then this is place to work. You do have to have experience in aquatics though. Building supervisors are required to have Lifeguard certification and Water Safety Instructor certification.

I enjoyed learning different outdoor educator leadership skills.

I wish that I lead more trips. Trips got cancelled due to low registration and weather.
Advice
I would say come prepared with some knowledge of an outdoor activity, but you will learn what you don't know in the program!
