Pathways Engineering Intern

February 2018 Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
“I enjoyed the ability to work during the semester. ATC ensures that it's interns are given the ability to see what capabilities and job opportunities are available for their interns. My coworkers were willing to offer their help and advise with my school work. Lastly, this opportunity allowed for me to obtain a security clearance, and "get my foot in the door" with a government position.”

Student Trainee (Mechanical Engineering)

June 2018 - August 2018 Aberdeen, MD
“I feel so grateful for my opportunity to intern here. There was plenty of hands-on work, and so many new experiences to learn from. Most importantly for me, my coworkers were great mentors for me in helping me gain more confidence in my skills as a mechanical engineer. The work environment was very healthy: everyone took pride in their work and were very friendly and supportive of one another. They took me seriously even as an intern, giving me opportunities to attend meetings, and contribute meaningful work towards on going projects. It was a really valuable experience for me.”
