What I wish was different
I was given more responsibility. I was seen almost as just an observer.
Advice
Construction management is almost all men. So as a women, you must hold your own.

What I liked
Urban Engineers provided me with a healthy learning environment and supported my personal and professional growth. I was able to gain experience that is relevant to my studies and my career aspirations.
What I wish was different
Urban Engineers did not have an established Intern program, however they still provided me with sufficient tasks and notable experience.
Advice
Very heavily focused on AutoCAD Civil 3D, prior experience is helpful.
