More decisive decision made on projects, more reasonable goals/deadlines, less intrusive upper management

What I liked
I was able to apply things I had learned at RIT in real life engineering solutions.

The department was poorly run and there was often very little to do.
Advice
People in charge don’t always know everything, and sometimes they’re wrong. Question them.
