This internship provided incredible opportunities for professional development and allowed us as an intern cohort to tap into the Notre Dame network. I was introduced to the business world through the familiar lens of Notre Dame- a helpful and reassuring experience for an Arts & Letters major with little other business experience. Everyone working in University Relations was full invested in us as people and in our internship experiences. I had the opportunity to work on a resume-worthy projected that is being put into effect, and was given the chance to continue interning through the school year in order to see my project through to its completion. I also had the opportunity to complete a group project with fellow interns in a different department of UR, which allowed me to further diversify my skills and expand my network.
