What I liked

I liked the flexible hours of being prn. I liked working in the float pool, so everyday I got to see a different patient population.

What I wish was different

I wish it would’ve been a little higher pay, but there was always a need for help, so they offer incentive pay.

Advice

You really get to establish bedside manner as you are working hands on care with patients.
