United is very flexible with my schedule around school and the President of the company is very likable and approachable with all employees.
What I wish was different
United's work assignment is very unorthodox. The person in charge of assignments doesn't really know how to assign projects and sometimes that leaves me overloaded or wasting time at looking at a project that is not of interest to our scope of work.
