I loved the staff I worked with and my boss. The minister was very nice. They have a lot going for them. The fellowship is accepting of every identity.
What I wish was different
Not much. Maybe more organization within the faith formation team but that's really it.
Advice
I would definitely educate yourself and try to evaluate what privilege you hold in society so you can be an ally and accept others in this non-denominational setting.
