What I liked

I like the fun atmosphere of it all. Each day, you’re learning something new and there’s never a dull moment with the people you work with. It feels like a little family. If you have questions, everyone is so helpful with showing you where everything is or explaining. If you’re looking for hands on experience, give it a try. I’m a theatre major but you learn alot of work etiquette while you’re there, which is important in the real world.

What I wish was different

If I had to change one thing, it would probably be to work a little more independently. There’s so micro management here and there, but nothing over the top. They just want to make sure you’re doing it right especially if your new. I do sometimes wish I had the chance to work on my own just to see my own progress.

Advice

Give it a try. Don’t let your major make you feel like you’re not a good fit because you never know what doors may open out of this. Also, have fun! The work environment strives on positivity. That includes lots of smiles and laughter!
