What's a day in the life of a Soccer Referee at United States Soccer Federation like?

Usually referees ref on weekends (travel soccer and recreational), but occasionally there will be week day games (high school refereeing). Most of the time you’ll get 1-3 games a week unless there is a tournament.

I'm wanting to know more about the company culture within the United States Soccer Federation!

USSF I must say is one of the few companies that truly cares for their employees. At tournaments they provide meals, water, gatorade and shirts for making the tournament happen. They don't try to overwork you like other companies. Also, their employees love what they do and take pride in it.
