What I wish was different
My position required me to work each Saturday shift which sometimes extended my week into a 6 day work week.
Advice
The best way to invest yourself in this experience is to work hard and be sociable with your co-workers to gain their favor to build collaboration. Having a work environment where you feel comfortable making mistakes, and then learning from them, and asking questions if needed is very important
