What I liked
One of the best things at Twiddy & Co would be the supportive team framework from Owners all the way down the ladder. Everyone has knowledge and experience that they are willing to share and impart to interns and new hires.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more opportunities to work more than full time.
Advice
One piece of advice I would give to make sure you try to talk with as many people as you can. The interactions and the stories and tips that everyone can give are useful and can offer perspective.

What I liked
I enjoyed how hospitable Twiddy was. Twiddy clearly understands how to treat their employees like family since they are a family company. I also enjoyed being able to work at hundreds of different beach houses, making everyday a new challenge and experience.
What I wish was different
I had to deal with very unhappy, and sometimes rude guests. At the time, I hated dealing with ungrateful people, but now I'm glad I was able to experience the customer service side of real estate.
Advice
Patience with guests. I learned that communication is very important when dealing with very time sensitive guests.
