There was a great community and I felt cared for. It was easy to ask for help and often got a response with a solution in a timely manner.
What I wish was different
It would be nice to have easier access to schedules for events. They were usually organized but at times it felt last minute.
Advice
I would recommend knowing your level of patience, there are times technology does not work and you and the customer must be willing to compromise and communicate smoothly.
