The team that I worked with was extremely welcoming and focussed on providing real and valuable guidance. I learned through instruction and hands on experience with database research and proposals. I learned a lot through working closely with the team, and I was later given the freedom to work independently. The work environment was fun, which often included team parties and events like free ice cream and lunch etc.
