I liked the opportunity to learn more about risk management and the ability to use the futures market as a hedge against risk in the cash market.

I would say to go all in and don't be scared to ask questions. Everybody in the office is more than willing to answer questions or explain how an idea applies, so just ask and they will help you understand. It's a great company!
