Shorebird Monitor

May 2019 - August 2019 Duxbury, MA
“Hands on field experience. I got to sit in a beach chair on the beach and watch birds all day, it was great! The weather got really crazy sometimes but that's the consequence of working outside. I got up close to the birds and their chicks and even got to see a whale breach one morning. I got so much experience on how to record data, monitor and how to read the beach.”
