I wish it did not take them so long to get me hired. i had to call a few times for them to set up an interview.

Make sure to take customer service here seriously and learn how to sell clothes to customers.

What I liked

I liked the team that we had in place, especially since we had to have a solid core team/staff that would be able to handle the business during summer and the back to school rushes. I liked the fast-pace environment and the many different tasks that could be performed within the store. It allowed me to strengthen my leadership skills, communication skills, and multi-tasking abilities.

What I wish was different

I wish there was a little bit more organization and a bit more determination and accountability for associates.

It was a great way to enhance already developed skills and to delve deeper into my toolbox and abilities and figure out what else I was capable of in terms of communicating, running a business, and working in a fast-pace and extremely productive environment.

The shifts were a bit short and wish that they would be a bit longer. My average shift was 4 hours.

Advice

If you want to work here, you must be willing to step out of your comfort zone and talk to the customers. If you are an introvert and you don't like human interaction, this is not the job for you. You're getting paid to talk to people, so if that's your thing then I highly recommend this job.
