I liked working with the people and learning how food service really works. I also was able to watch how the managers run the club and also running separate sections of the club which were Ala Carte, Banquet and Beverage

Advice
It really teaches you the meaning of hard work. It can get really busy there and I have worked a lot of long shifts including 3 14 hour shifts 3 weekends in a row.
