Customer service is extremely important in this field, if this isn’t your strong suit I would not recommend being in the restaurant business.

There was constant managerial change which made it hard for managers and other employees to get in sync.
Advice
Being open and friendly to others can take you a long way and can change other people's lives. I can personally say that if it wasn't for this job I wouldn't be as confident as I am today.
