I was hired on as a part-time worker, but they were always offering overtime. It was really easy to call and ask for any openings, and they would find a bus I could drive for a couple hours. Their training was very extensive but I did learn a lot.
What I wish was different
I didn't have any complaints, they deal with a pretty high turnover rate, which can effect the climate among the drivers and staff.
Advice
This was one of my first CDL jobs, and I would highly recommend it as a ways to make it through college. Driving jobs start off at a higher base pay, just because they require a specific license.
