What I liked
They were very focused on developing their software engineers. Everyone was extremely helpful in my path to learn the complex codebase and microservices. Also, I appreciated how my manager made sure that I experienced the entire end-to-end development of my feature. I felt ownership for it, and also learned full-stack development.
