What I wish was different
More instructions on what to do when trying to compensate a consumer if something went wrong. The customer support has a lot of us to help and sometimes it can be a long call. Maybe more of them. A system that will not update when you are taking a customer (or a place to send the customer should it happen. To tell someone to call back and wait at the end of the line again wasn’t always the an easy task)

What I liked
The work environment. Many of my peers at Teleperformance were a joy to work with, and I have no doubt that both my coworkers and supervisors were what kept me working at Teleperformance for as long as I did. I also appreciated the steps they were willing to take to accommodate my class schedule.
What I wish was different
The clients. The unfortunate fact of working customer service (especially over the phone) is that people are usually calling you on their worst day, and it isn't uncommon to have speak with people who are already upset and looking for a reason to raise a fuss.
Advice
Overall, the best advice I can give is to not be afraid to ask questions, even if it can be embarrassing to do so. Asking what seems like a silly question now can prevent some very avoidable issues in the future. A good supervisor is willing to listen and do their best to answer when h
