I liked how the company was innovative and was always looking for new ways to be different.

I wish that they listened to us interns a little more and didn’t just reward us with donuts, but change things in the facility and our work that would help us.
Advice
Always share what you’re thinking and don’t be afraid to share because your ideas could potentially help the company.

What I liked
It was a very positive work environment. If I ever needed help, I knew who I could go to with no trouble. A lot of benefits for employees.
What I wish was different
They took very long to respond to me about interviews; whole process was way too long.
Advice
Depending on your position, be prepared to be at your desk for a long time and make friends in and out of your department
