The atmosphere at such a small company is really great---everyone is friendly and wants to help you succeed. TSG also operates more efficiently than a lot larger firms, which makes work fun as well.

Advice
Apply to as many jobs as you can in the fall. of senior year, especially for CS. Fall is the major recruiting season for most companies, and it dies down in the spring.
