I loved the flexibility. Each semester, the staff would ask me what days I would be available (depending on the classes I took). There were also plenty of opportunities for bonus pay - like the Saturdays during tax season.
What I wish was different
Nothing regarding the experience. The training process went smoothly, and day-to-day operations were straightforward. The only reason I couldn't keep working there was because my academic courseload became too much for me to work.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Especially when they're reviewing your work - the staff are very patient and there's plenty to learn (ex. accounting practicality, shortcuts, etc.)
