The culture is inclusive and a very positive environment is fostered. The workload is flexible and there is very clear communication between different teams and peers. The foundation's mission is not only important, but a fun way to explore the world of nonprofits. The people are genuine, smart and amazing people to get to know.
What I wish was different
I wish that we could have been in person more, but when we were able to, it was so much fun while being productive.
Advice
Take advantage of who you are working with as they are some of the coolest people you might get to work with. Open networks of communication and be yourself as that helps foster relationships!

What I liked
I loved the small team I worked with. It made relationships with the staff more special. I also enjoyed how even though it was remote, there were still in person events that I attended that made the experience more exciting.
What I wish was different
I only wish that I could have been in person more, but maybe that will change soon with covid restrictions lifting.
Advice
Do not be afraid to be yourself! The CEO of Tales told me herself that she thinks I'm funny, and that made me feel so good!
