What I wish was different
This is not a mom and pop, and because of this it suffers from a corporate environment. If you don't plan on advancing you can essentially ignore this aspects, other than that their is a lot of hope to jump through, especially if you are a server or bartender. You have to make so many tips a week or you are reprimanded, seems like a lot of stress for what is essentially a part-time job for most people. You are also constantly bugged to check into an employee website to stay up to date on what the company is up to, which could be annoying.
