What I wish was different
Slightly higher wages, since I was a hard worker, and overall the parents and kids loved me. One of the locations (Chapin) was downright awful, but that was not my boss's fault.
Advice
Kids WILL drain you. Be prepared for that. Some parents WILL be terrible. Just try to appease them the best you can, but don't go in over your head.
