I loved getting to work closely with the CFO & CEO on projects and having a small office environment where I got to get to know the rest of my office!
What I wish was different
I wish I would’ve been able to dive into the tax side of their accounting department in addition to the audit, but overall it was a great experience to learn from professionals.
Advice
Don’t let certain companies intimidate you! Quinn Emanuel is one of the biggest international law firms, and so I was scared that the environment would be very cut throat and intense, but it was the opposite! Turned out to be a great way to get first hand experience of what law offices and accounting departments are really like!
