What I liked
I was able to work directly with the portfolio manager, which gave me great exposure and experience what happens on a day-to-day basis at the highest level of this particular industry. I was also responsible for primary research and building models on companies. I was then responsible for updating those models and staying on top of current news for the companies, similar to a full-time analyst at a hedge fund.
