Fun and interesting job, store organization and maintenance is efficient and well run. Staff are very friendly and I love sports so I am dedicated to helping customers find what they need to improve.
What I wish was different
Perhaps better pay, other than that it has gone well.
Advice
As a salesperson, making sure to greet everyone that comes through your door makes the experience much more inviting and friendly and can in turn benefit the company through greater sales from higher quality hires and in store experiences.
