I loved the staff and the ability to ask question to the managers. They gave me responsibilities that changed daily and was able to see all the levels of food and beverage.
What I wish was different
There isn’t anything that I would wish was different. The program was well done
Advice
If you have a specific area that you would like to see such as banquet or events. Tell the manager during the interview and she can get you to those spots for a week or two

Advice
If you are going to do the job halfway, don’t apply! It’s a beautiful resort that people pay plenty of money to be a part of so the work you do should be exceptional, albeit it is not too hard of a job, there is a right way about doing it!
