The atmosphere and environment. My co-workers are amazing people who truly care about helping the community. They have always been super helpful and welcoming from the start. It is a place where they care about a person's personal growth both personally and professional.
What I wish was different
The only thing is perhaps more support staff but other than that, the whole team does an excellent job at working together and supporting each other.
Advice
It is important to make an effort to create relationships with the team although everyone is super welcoming, it is important to also go out of the way to reach out to other members.

What I liked
I got to work with a professor to teach students in a writing 101 class. It was 4 days a week, and by the end of the class, I had learned a lot about teaching.
What I wish was different
Nothing really. I loved it.
Advice
Always take an opportunity that you think might be too difficult. I got challenged by the many questions the students had, but it was worth it.
