Continuous Process Improvement Intern
November 2020 - July 2021 • Tuscaloosa, AL
What I liked
I loved the challenge of self management and project flexibility here. They would only throw things at me that they knew I was capable of handling, even if I did not think so. This job grew my skillsets and helped me learn how important cultivating work relationships is. Your experience is what you make out of it.
What I wish was different
I wish the job oppurtunities at Phifer upon my graduation would have been more favorable for a recent college graduate.
Advice
Ask as many questions as you can, and do not be afraid to go out on your own and meet new people around the plant. It's never a bad idea to make friends and help out in any way you can.
