Phase Sensitive Innovations was formed in 2007 as a spin off from the University of Delaware to commercialize a novel passive mmW imaging technology based on optical upconversion. As part of this commercialization effort, PSI has developed numerous areas of expertise in high speed component design, RF simulations, RF packaging, optical components, and system design.
