PetPeople is concerned with delivering an excellent customer experience; every day, I got to make personal interactions and connections with others. The workplace is also great; my managers are attentive and the environment itself is clean and organized.
What I wish was different
Sometimes, I have had so much focus on customer service that I would be unable to get extra duties done. It would be great if there was some time allotted to attend to those, as well.
Advice
Always try to make a connection with customers; make an effort to learn their name, and their pet's, as well.
