What I liked
Very interesting research. Freedom to work whenever and wherever I wanted to. I also loved the area I was living in.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to broaden my research and analyze different surgical procedures. I also wish I had prepared myself a little more before the internship. I should've asked my employer what I could've done.
Advice
Go out, network, and apply for things that seem interesting. Don't get stuck in a narrow mindset about what you think you would love - expand your experiences.
