Excellent company culture. Everyone is willing to answer your questions and start up a conversation. Very low power distance it's not looked down upon if you ask supervisors for help.
What I wish was different
More resources for training. It would have been nice to have some diagrams to help you answer policy eligibility questions.

Get to know your supervisor and colleagues. Never be afraid to ask questions.
