What I liked

Pegasus practices its values, and I was able to see that every day I was in the office. They are willing to invest in you and help you find your place so that you and the company can grow. It has been a wonderful experience thus far, and I am beyond excited to see the opportunities come in the future for the company and the start of my career with them.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have had more time to work with peers around my age/experience to collaborate with. I was able to work with true professionals in my department, and the pressure to perform at their level was a welcomed challenge. However, it was daunting at times, and I had to remind myself that the highest expectations were the ones I put upon myself.

Advice

Work hard towards where you want to be and what you want to do. If you don't know, network with the people at Pegasus. There are centuries of experience in the logistics industry at the office and the warehouse, talk to them and tell them your ambitions.
