What I liked
The experience was great, great people and a great company to work for. I was able to learn more about surface mining than I ever could have in the classroom.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have been more involved in the operation of the mine rather than just the engineering.
Advice
Mold the experience into what you want it to be, seek out opportunities and meet people. Pave your own path.
