I loved working for Paxos Restaurants! My supervisor, Jillian, gave me hands on experience and I never felt like an assistant! All the everyday work that she did she showed me how to do and let me take the reigns as well. It was honesltly amazing and I never felt that I was doing menial or "intern" work.
What I wish was different
Nothing! Internship experience was great 10/10. My only wish is that I wasn't lactose intolerant so I could've tried more of the food we photographed.
Advice
Never be afraid to ask questions if you're not sure how to do something!
