My manager and the team I worked on was amazing! Great communication and I felt my opinions were always valued.
What I wish was different
The only thing I wish I could’ve asked to be different was the amount of time I spent with other interns in the company. I spent most of my team with my own team, but I wish I had more time to connect with other interns as a whole.
Advice
Take the time to talk to your team and shadow other people. Everyone at Pax8 was willing to talk to me and answer all of my questions, there are so many good conversations that are waiting to be had!

The team I worked out, my boss, and the immediate co-workers I interacted with on a daily basis.
What I wish was different
I wish it was a little longer and I wish they didn't ultimately can the program so I would of had an opportunity to get hired full time when the program was completed.
Advice
Be a sponge, take it all in. It really is the real thing and is a perfect set up for work afterwards. They offer great mentorship and boss was always very accommodating during rough patches to help my get through and learn something. Always be open to all of that.
