I liked that the Partners of the company really took an interest of my opinions on projects. Everyone at PATH was very welcoming and respectful. I actually got meaningful work done as I was assigned projects to work on individually. There was always something to do and management was very understanding and flexible.

Advice I'd give is to go into the job with an open mind. They love hearing different points of views and ideas. Don't be scared to speak up.
