No clear opportunities for advancement post-internship; low pay
Advice
Use this opportunity to both expand your technical skills and meet as many people as possible. Having the network in the outdoor industry is just as important as having the skills!

What I liked
They provide a well-rounded internship program that will allow you to grow personally and professionally. The company culture is great; though it is not your typical corporate environment, it's very easy to adjust.

I wish I had more time to be able to take on more technical tasks or projects.

Possess an open-mind, don't be afraid to speak up, and make the most of the experience.
