The founding board of directors at Parasol Alliance is composed of not-for-profit senior living providers with more than 500 years of combined aging services leadership. Our founders saw a need for strategic technology guidance, exceptional IT operations, planning and project execution within their own senior living organizations and across the industry. This led to the creation of Parasol Alliance to deliver these services.
Internally, the Parasol Alliance team has over 95 years of combined experience in senior living, and we have a passion for serving older adults. Before joining us, many of our employees worked in senior living communities in various capacities, from operations and marketing to human resources, administration and as clinicians.
Since our founding in 2015, we have developed multi-state client partnerships entirely through word-of-mouth referrals and grown our workforce by 400%.
