Production engineer intern

What I liked
It was a great experience and really fun. You get to go on the production line every week and solve problems on the floor. It was really hands on and that’s the kind of stuff I really enjoy doing.
What I wish was different
Some of the other interns didn’t like working there because of how new it is. You have to be flexible to work here and some people don’t like that and I wish they could roll with the punches instead of complaining about it.
Advice
Always be open to new ideas, you’re not the only one with ideas. No matter what position, people notice when something’s not working right or isn’t efficient. You need to ask around to get opinions and more ideas to see another side of the problem or possibly another solution you haven’t thought of.
You cannot think you’re the best one out there just because of your title, be humble and kind to everyone and they will do the same in return.
