The company's drive to create a loving environment for the communities they serve is what drew me to Pacific Camps. Their devotion to God and the families they serve is what caused me to come back for another summer.
What I wish was different
While employed there, the business underwent management changes as well as rebranding. This change, while much needed and for the best, caused tension between employees and slight disconnect, disrupting daily processes.
Advice
Pacific Camps is a wonderful place to serve Christ and your community. Management is wonderful and eager to equip employees. The team dynamic is great and the variety in activities and weekly outings gives the job an adventurous aspect, the perfect combination of hard work and great fun.
