What I liked
I really liked the freedom that I had with problem solving, coming up with solutions and being able to prioritize my own work. Being presented with several projects and tasks that all need to get done by certain deadlines made the job feel very realistic. The deadlines were not to difficult and I didn’t feel too stressed. I felt in the beginning of the Co-op the due dates were very relaxed. Gradually, the importance of my projects increased which helped to stay focused and motive me to get things done in a more timely manner.
The people I worked with really made the job environment enjoyable and comfortable. It was easy to ask anyone questions or for help. My coworkers treated me just like a full-time engineer and they valued my thoughts and ideas.
