I am a Real Estate Developer/Agent looking for an administrative assistant.

My business requires a part time position for someone to help me with the day to day. Ideally about 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. You will learn about real estate and how projects go about from start to finish. i need someone who is organized and can help me with the administration.

Assistant may work from home. I am open to spreading the hours per week in either 3, 4 or 5 days.
Example: Monday-Friday 4 hours each day, or Monday-Wednesday 6-8 hours per day, and so on...

Job description:

Organization of files (business and personal)
Internal accounting organization on Excel (personal and business expenses)
Mailing (maybe once a week)
Phone calls (almost every day)
Accompany to meetings with the architect and contractors for notes (maybe once every week or so).

Important skills:

-Good organizational skills.
-People skills.
-Outgoing personality.
-Definitely experienced in working with Excel, and Word.

Very helpful attributes, Pluses!:

-A Real Estate background in any way.
-Experienced with Sandicor/MLS.
-Bilingual (English, and Spanish).
